HOW TO KNOW FUNCTIONS OF BUTTONS IN TALKING DICTIONARY PROGRAMS:
Functions of buttons in the program will be described as followed:

1 - Word list: this list displays all words in the dictionary. User can find meaning of any word by scrolling the rectangle box on the scroll bar up or down to the desired position.
2 - Alphabet index lists: this helps to find a word more quickly and easily by starting at its initial letter. This is also a helpful tool for manual searching method.
3 - System menu icon: this is the main menu that contains options and special functions of the dictionary.
4 - VNI link: clicking on this icon can help you open the VNI web page www.vnisoft.com automatically if your computer is currently connected to Internet.
5 - Backward arrow button: clicking on this arrow to display the previous searched word.
6 - Look-up box: enter your look-up word in this box and press enter, the dictionary will find its meaning and display in the definition window on the right side.
7 - History list: when clicking mouse on the drop down arrow on the right side of the look-up box, the history box will display a list of searched words.
8 - Forward arrow button: clicking on this arrow to display the next searched word. (This arrow button is only activated after user clicked on the backward arrow).
9 - Speaker icon: clicking on this icon will pronounce the selected words to the computer's speakers.
10 - Magnifier icon: the dictionary searches for highlighted-word meaning and displays it in the definition window when clicking on this icon.
11 - Take note icon: this icon will define an extra window to display a specific note given by user.
12 - Copy icon: clicking on this icon will copy the selected text into clipboard and ready to paste to other word processor applications.
13 - Definition window: this large window displays the meaning of selected word. User can click or highlight a word for extra meaning.
