SAVE UNICODE ON WEB PAGES INTO VNI-FORMAT FILE

Due to the limitation of some word processor programs, you can not save it into Unicode-format file. To make it easy for storing and exchanging data, you should save it in VNI format so that you can use it or convert back to Unicode later easy or exchange it with your friend. To copy a text or paragraph from browser in Unicode and save it into VNI format, you should follow these steps:

1. Run "CopyPaste Convert" program from Windows menu:

2. From the icon tray at the lower right corner on the screen, right click on the "CopyPaste Convert" to open a menu as following:

3. Select "Settings..." to open a new window:

4. Select "Unicode" in the "Input Vietnamese Character Set" and "VNI-ANSI (Windows)" in the "Output Vietnamese Character Set" as following:

5. Hight light the document by using your mouse or click "Ctrl + A" to select all text in the browser:

6. Copy the selected document into clipboard by pressing "Ctrl + C" or click mouse on "Copy" option in Edit menu:

7. Open a new document and select VNI font:

8. To paste the content in the clipboard into the new document, press "Ctrl + V" or press on the "Paste" button:

Now You can save them into a new document using VNI format for later utility.
